However, Farid, who is the lead actor of the movie "Anwar, The Untold Story" has refused to utter the "talak" (proclamation of divorce) when the divorce application was brought up at the Petaling Lower Syariah Court at Subang Bestari, near here on Monday (March 20). According to a report by Utusan Malaysia, Diana – whose full name is Diana Danielle Danny Beeson –cited irreconcilable differences and "shiqaq" (prolonged disagreement) for the divorce. The lead actress of hit movie "Imaginur" filed the divorce application under Section 47 of the Islamic Family Law (State Of Selangor) Enactment 2003 on March 10.

The divorce application was submitted under Section 47 of the Islamic Family Law (State of Selangor) Enactment 2003. Diana, or her full name Diana Danielle Danny Beeson, 32, as the plaintiff filed the application on March 10 via Messrs Akberdin & Co by naming Farid or his full name, Farid Kamil Zahari, 42, as defendant.
