Jesus Angulo, 36, of Woodlake, pleaded guilty to attempting to sell drugs to benefit Tulare County Sureños.

The weapons and drugs were being shipped through the U.S. The drugs were sold in Texas and the profits were used to buy firearms. Gallegos and another man were then shipping the drugs from the Ivanhoe post office to homes in Texas.

Francis James Roberts was taken to the Fairbanks Correctional Center. The Department of Public Safety is reporting that the suspect is the great-nephew of the deceased. Troopers came to Tanana and took Francis James Roberts into custody.
