Aida Orujova, a trivago F.A.M.E mentor, said: ‘My involvement in the mentorship programme is a rewarding experience for me as a mentor. Their mission also contributes to trivago’s diversity and inclusion goals and commitment to continuous learning and exchange. ‘As a mentor, I gain fulfilment from watching my mentees grow and succeed, while also developing my own skills and knowledge as I guide and support them along the way.’
