“We want to do the brand justice this time around.” According to Mr Ng, Cinnabon had an outlet in Orchard Road which closed in 2002. The former two brands are located at Raffles City as well. He does not have further details as it was before the brand came under Focus Brands. Handy on-the-go items include the Roll-On-The-Go ($4), with bite-size pieces of the rolls; and addictive Cinnachips ($4), crunchy pieces of cinnamon rolls made with the odd ends. There are also two sizes – $4.80 (mini) or $7.60 – for the Caramel Pecanbon, which is drenched in caramel and topped with crunchy toasted pecans.

Mr Ng also intends to introduce grilled paninis that are made using the same dough as the rolls. Bite-size items such as the Roll-On-The-Go and their Cinnachips will also be available for purchase. There will also be one Singapore-exclusive item, the Sweetheart Lemonberry drink. Each box contains four regular-size Cinnabons or Minibons, and each customer are only entitled to buy up to two boxes. The original size will cost $6.80, while the mini version will cost you $4.20. Do note that there will only be 200 boxes called Cinnapacks available during each day of the soft launch and the outlet will close once all 200 boxes are sold.

Each customer gets a queue ticket limiting them to a maximum of three boxes of Cinnapacks, which come with four warm rolls.

After its grand opening on Feb 9, the hours will be extended from 11am to 8.30pm. The chain left the local market back in 2002, when it closed its Orchard Road branch. It soft launched its comeback outlet today (Feb 7) at the basement of Raffles City Shopping Centre.
