The villas have roof balconies, kitchenettes and a sheltered BBQ area. At 14,500 sq m and five storeys tall, it is the only reservoir-fronting clubhouse in Singapore. The clubhouse is located within Bedok Reservoir Park and has a waterfront haven theme.

Located at Bedok Reservoir Park, the clubhouse is a tribute to past and present NSmen from the Singapore Police Force and Singapore Civil Defence Force and a sign of appreciation for their efforts in the country’s total defence.
