MotoGP, A massive loss: Red Bull boss Didi Mateschitz has passed ... (GPone English)

MotoGP: “Profit maximization as a first business goal, this is what they teach in universities today. I don't think that's right.

A milestone in the history of the company. His business partners in the beverage industry and many other industries, from Bernie Ecclestone to MotoGP boss Carmelo Ezpeleta, appreciate the quality of his handshake, his enthusiasm and his down-to-earth attitude. He also created an empire of private companies, which includes not only the Red Bull Ring, but also an impressive number of castles, hotels, restaurants and other catering establishments, he produced Afro coffee and tea, as well as Red Bull Organics drinks. In November 2004, Red Bull bought the Jaguar Formula 1 team, the deadline was November 15th. In 2005, Red Bull GmbH entered the world of football and acquired FC Austria Salzburg and renamed it FC Red Bull Salzburg. We join in the condolences of Günther and Speedweek, in offering them to the family of this giant. Mateschitz quickly recognized a profitable business line that had not yet found imitators in the rest of the world. The Styrian Didi Mateschitz had a degree in business administration from the Vienna University of World Trade. He also founded the Red Bull Rookies Cup in 2007 and transformed the old Österreichring circuit into the Red Bull Ring which hosts both Formula 1 and MotoGP.
