Genshin Impact Anime Project is in Development With Ufotable (Siliconera)

HoYoVerse unveiled a "long-term" Genshin Impact anime project to be produced in conjunction with Japanese studio Ufotable.

The Genshin Impact anime concept trailer begins in a forest, and with everyone’s favorite emergency ration, Paimon. [Cyberpunk: Edgerunners](https://www.siliconera.com/cyberpunk-edgerunners-nsfw-trailer-is-better-seen-privately/), an anime series based on the world of Cyberpunk 2077. The company announced that it is working with Japanese anime studio Ufotable on an animated series based on the game.

Genshin Impact, the bazillion-selling mobile action-RPG, is looking to get its own animated show. And it's coming from the artist wizards at ufotable.

Right, sorry, I’ve got to find the long-handled broom so I can get Sisi back down from the ceiling. Watching the concept trailer for the new anime, I’m inspired to get going even more. Sisi is currently indisposed, and so I am ruining their reputation, their life even, by leaping in and posting this news.

Genshin Impact Anime Adaptation Announced By Ufotable (DualShockers)

The creators of Demon Slayer are all-set to bring us the much-awaited anime adaptation of Genshin Impact.

For the unacquainted, Ufotable set high standards for the entire anime industry with its spectacular and jaw-dropping animation in the first two seasons of Demon Slayer. Well, it's good to know that the leaks were indeed true, as recently, [HoYoverse officially announced](https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/news/detail/23797) that it is collaborating with Ufotable for a "long-term" Genshin Impact animation project. The animated project promises to take us "on a journey to this brand new world full of adventures."

'Genshin Impact' to Be Adapted as Anime Series (Variety)

An anime series based on popular role-playing game "Genshin Impact" is officially in the works.

The announcement of the “Genshin Impact” anime came during HoYoverse’s first-look reveal for version 3.1 of the game, which is slated to become available Sept. First released in 2020, “Genshin Impact” has quickly become one of the highest-grossing mobile games. It also released a three-minute “concept trailer” in announcing the project (watch below).

Genshin Impact fans can look forward to an anime adaptation through a partnership with ufotable as announced through a new Long-Term Project Launch trailer.

For those unfamiliar with ufotable, some of the anime series under its belt include the incredibly popular Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, along with God Eater, Fate/Zero, and Tales of Zestiria the X, to name just a few.
