A woman assaulted a store manager in a boutique at the first level of Jewel Changi Airport, leaving several items damaged as well.

The woman spoke incoherently and Ms Lee had trouble understanding her. She only stopped and ran off after a bigger-sized man came over to intervene. “Her strength was so great that I couldn’t break free,” the manager recalled. Shocked and frightened, Ms Lee then screamed for help. Ms Lee said that she remembers her because the woman would come into the boutique, say a few words, and then leave. Several sauce bottles were also shattered.

Yesterday, at about 2:20pm, a woman stormed into Sauce Legend, knocking over tables, breaking products, and even assaulting the manager.

The woman then dragged the manager out of the shop, pulled her hair and scratched her. According to the manager, she was attending to some customers when the mysterious woman came in and went on a frenzy, overturning a table with products for tasting before damaging items in the store. Yesterday (27 August), for reasons unknown, a woman suddenly went on a rampage in the shop and then fled the premises.
