Tottenham starting XI vs Team K-League: Richarlison and Gil start ... (Football.London)

Here is the Tottenham Hotspur team Antonio Conte has selected to face Team K-League in the first match of the South Korea pre-season tour.

Dejan Kulusevski missed training on Tuesday after pulling out during Monday evening session with what looked like a calf problem but he is part of the matchday squad in Seoul. Spurs have been preparing for their first match of pre-season in South Korea with tough double sessions in the heat and humidity. With the rest of the squad Conte has chosen to mix up his team and his substitutes in order to give everyone 45 minutes and still have a strong spine to the side in both halves of the match.

Here is Sportsmail's live blog of the pre-season friendly between Team K League and Tottenham Hotspur in Seoul, the first outing for Antonio Conte's ...

14mins: A lovely run from Richarlison nearly yields the first goal of the came. The crowd noise rises every time they come forward. Kane to take the free-kick from just outside the area... The match is the first outing for Antonio Conte's side ahead of the new season and could see several players handed their 'debut' in a Spurs shirt. He has seen the funny side, though. Spurs and Conte have been busy bees in the transfer market so far this summer and two of their signings could make their first appearances for the club in Seoul this afternoon. I was on a work trip to Seoul once and his face was literally everywhere, including in the top right-hand corner of the screen as Korean TV showed a Spurs game live. This is the first of two pre-season friendlies for Spurs in South Korea. There was not a great deal of contact but Sanchez did not get the ball and appears to clip the striker, who thought for a second that the referee had heeded his demand for a spot-kick. Richarlison has showed flashes of promise but endured a rusty first half in Seoul and could be replaced for the second, with Kane and Son both on the bench. Ryan Sessegnon gets down the left-hand side and sends in a teasing delivery that is just beyond the reach of a diving Richarlison. 52mins: Hugo Lloris has not been on for long and is already having to pick the ball out of the back of the net.

Tottenham ratings after 6-3 win over K-League XI: Kane shines ... (HITC)

Tottenham player ratings in 6-3 win over K-League XI: Harry Kane shines off the bench, but Davinson Sanchez and Hugo Lloris struggle.

Instantly in the thick of it, his first touch being a run down the right and his low cross turned into the net to put Spurs 2-1 ahead. While the work rate was there, Skipp was rarely involved. Struggled with playing on the left of the three. Often coming through the man to get to the ball first instead of holding him up. Breaking out of defence, he unleashed a left-footed effort into the corner. Most of Tottenham’s attacks came from the left flank, while K-League’s goal came from his side.

Tottenham 6-3 K-League All-Stars: Son Heung-min gifted goal by ... (GiveMeSport)

Incredibly suspicious handball gifts Son Heung-min goal in Spurs' bonkers pre-season friendly.

Jumping for a loose ball, Yokohama F. Marinos player Jun Amano appeared to bring his hands up with him to catch the ball while unchallenged, instead of controlling it down or attempting to clear it. It’s clear to see why fans were questioning whether or not the handball was intentional when looking at the footage and considering the circumstances. A truly wild game, and one that fans in attendance and those watching from elsewhere will forget anytime soon. Truthfully, we all know that pre-season results mean next to nothing in the context of a team’s fortunes for the upcoming campaign. In true pre-season fashion, we were treated to a bonkers game of football. When the big guns were introduced later in the game, South Korean icon Son Heung-min was sent on to the joy of the crowd in attendance, who got to watch their national team’s superstar and the man flying the flag for South Korean football in the flesh.
