Jay Chou has released a music video for his new single 'Greatest Works Of Art' that was shot in Paris and features Chinese pianist Lang Lang.
Last month, the Taiwanese Mandopop star had hinted at a new album in a vlog shot in Paris, teasing “old sounds” recorded with vintage instruments. The new music video, shared July 6, was directed by Chou himself. In the final seconds of the video, Chou appears to be performing and recording music while standing on the staircase of the Palais Garnier opera house.

At present, more than 7 million users have preordered the album's digital version on QQ Music, Kugou and Kuwo — three online streaming services run by Tencent Music Entertainment Group. Through his journey in the video, he interacts with iconic artists, including Rene Magritte and Salvador Dali, Chinese painter Chang Yu (1900-66) who went to France in 1920 on work study, and Chinese poet Xu Zhimo (1897-1931), exploring the Mecca for artists at a time when timeless works of modern art and literature were created.
