"Mad Chicken is best known for its signature soy garlic chicken and unique Korean inspired dishes, such as kimchi fries, in addition to more traditional fare, such as wings, fries, salads and sandwiches, with a Korean-flavored twist," the restaurant stated at the time. (A “cold” option is available for those who prefer their fried chicken with less of a kick.) Menu items include chicken wings and sandwiches, but customers can also order a whole bird if they wish!
