VATICAN CITY — Pope Francis announced on Sunday (May 29) that he would appoint 21 new cardinals in August, including Singapore's Archbishop William Goh.

The Archdiocese of Singapore is honoured to have their Archbishop, Monsignor William Goh elevated to the Cardinalate.
Here is a list of the 21 men Pope Francis will install as Roman Catholic cardinals at a ceremony known as a consistory on Aug. 27.
