Jon Eimer has locked in his Italian Serie A best bets for AC Milan vs. Lazio on Paramount+ this Sunday.
For Lazio vs. Look for the AC Milan to be too much for a leaky Lazio defense to handle here. With Napoli now sitting four points back with just five matches to play and none of the top three teams set to play each other for the rest of the year, it's starting to look like a two-team race for the Scudetto between AC Milan and Inter Milan. AC Milan picks from soccer insider Jon Eimer. He is a high-volume bettor who has vast knowledge of leagues and players across the globe. Kickoff from Stadio Olimpico is set for 2:45 p.m. ET. AC Milan is the +140 favorite (risk $100 to win $140) on the 90-minute money line. Lazio are just two points behind fifth-place AS Roma with the top six teams earning a chance to play European football next season.
Milan are in dire need of goals and nothing less will allow us to prevail and keep up with the title race.
Tonali has been in a slight dip in the past two or so games but is still putting in good shifts, his passing forward is what is lacking and will need to shine through in this game. Kessie is getting flack from the fans but remains one of the most consistent players and one of the only ones pushing for goals and coming close despite his lack of technical skill. Some additional depth in the attack should help Pioli but he loses his best performing midfielder for the encounter.

AC Milan managed to come back from behind in their game against Lazio this evening to win 2-1. The Rossoneri left it late and there are a few players to ...
Ibrahimovic (6.5): We didn’t see a whole lot from him, but he was decisive when it mattered. Tonali (7 – MOTM): He worked extremely hard throughout the clash and was an important presence for Milan, bar a few misplaced passes. He did have a few strange decisions but it’s impossible to ignore his importance in attack tonight. Maignan (6): He wasn’t called into action that much this evening and he really couldn’t do anything about the goal. The Rossoneri left it late and there are a few players to praise for what was a very important victory. The reality is that he needs to improve slightly.
Milan moved two points ahead of bitter rivals Inter at the top of the Serie A table with a last gasp winner from Sandro Tonali as they beat Lazio 1-2.
Hernandez drops one in behind to Leao who is quick and bursts behind the back four. There were times you can tell he is a raw talent, sometimes choosing the wrong pass or shooting when their are better options but in an end to end game and with the emphasis on Milan to find a way back into the game he stood out. Tonali is a childhood Milan fan and an unlikely source for goals but he found himself in the box at the crucial stage as it looked to be heading to a 1-1 draw that would've put Inter in control of the title battle. He is so quick and can shoot with such power it makes him impossible to stop. Inter will be looking to make it consecutive titles and are in impressive form. They also probably have the easier run in to the end of the season but anything can happen.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has branded Divock Origi a 'hero' and backed him to 'explode' whichever club he ends up at amid rumours he will soon sign for ...
“We will never a player like him because if he leaves, he will explode wherever he goes. He was involved in both games.” After the game, Klopp lauded the Belgian.
Sandro Tonali scored in stoppage time as Milan came back from a goal down for a 2-1 win that restored the Rossoneri's position atop the Italian league table. “ ...
“Clearly imagining an end to the game like that was difficult,” Napoli coach Luciano Spalletti said. With four matches remaining, Milan moved two points ahead of city rival Inter Milan, which have a game in hand on their rival. Riccardo Saponara had equalized for Fiorentina. Having spent most of the season in last place, Salernitana are suddenly on a three-match winning streak — its first such run in its Serie A history — and putting up a fight to avoid relegation. Napoli conceded three straight goals — including one that was the product of a terrible error by goalkeeper Alex Meret — and squandered a two-goal advantage in a 3-2 defeat that extended its winless streak to three matches. ROME: If AC Milan win their first Serie A title in 11 years this season — and that's looking more and more like a distinct possibility — their last-gasp comeback victory at Lazio on Sunday might go down as one of the keys to success.

The leaders won against Maurizio Sarri's men thanks to a late goal scored by Sandro Tonali.
After this loss, Napoli are definitely out of the title race and now need to defend third place with Juventus only four points behind and with one game in hand. The second half was completely different as French striker Olivier Giroud scored the equalizer for the away team in the 50th minute to start the comeback, and from that moment everything changed. AC Milan then tried to equalize but failed to make it in the first half, putting all the pressure on them in the second.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic sets up dramatic late winner as AC Milan come from behind to beat Lazio and leapfrog Inter at the top of Serie A.

A massive win for Pioli and the boys, the return of Rebic and Ibrahimovic made a big difference.
AC Milan travelled to Rome to face Lazio at the Olimpico and came away with a crucial three points despite lots of adversity in the game notably the outright refusal of a clear penalty by the referee. The Rossoneri fought back to keep themselves in the title race as Inter Milan play the decisive game in hand against Bologna in the midweek to set the stage for the final four games of the season. Giroud got the equaliser as Leao squared the ball and he dove for it with a stretched leg and poked the ball past Strakosha. In the dying minutes of the game, a lovely recovery from Rebic led to a run of play where Ibrahimovic set up Tonali to score a messy one to get the win in this big tie.
Milan won 2-1 with second half goals from Olivier Giroud and Sandro Tonali to keep the pressure on our crosstown rivals.
He should’ve scored that crazy chance but I guess he is also a bit rusty (no pun intended). 7/10 He looked in better shape with attacking depth and his game plan was correct throughout, a good but stressful one for him and us. Junior Messias: Solid game from him as he showed his ability to keep the play flowing and the balls floating into the box. His wider role allowed him to be creative and push forward, he was relentless in his pursuit and got rewarded for it. He could have done better with his shooting on those two occasions but honeslty did a great job managing the midfield. Franck Kessie: A good strong performance where was winning the ball back non-stop.
An important win that keeps us in the fight but unfortunately the goals come a little too late after the rough patch in Feb/Mar.
They pulled one back but we almost immediately responded with Piemonte also getting her brace for the fifth goal with a shot from the edge of the box. In the second half, they struck in the 60th minute first as Ganz made substitutions. Adami got the third goal in the 27th minute as she headed home off another Tucceri Cimini cross.
Though the Champions League may be out of reach for them, they can still end the season by finishing third on the table. Here's a recap of how the match ...
The sixth goal would, however, come courtesy of a substitute, and that sub was Nina Stapelfeldt. In the 79th minute, Stapelfeldt received the ball from Thomas and fired past Pomigliano’s keeper with her right foot. Thomas and Longo were the main threats for the team, as they tried their hardest to add to Milan’s goal tally. However, just before the half-time interval, Piemonte scored and made it five with a right-footed strike from the edge of the box. Six minutes later, Captain Bergamaschi won back possession at the edge of the area and beat Sara Cetinja with a lob. In the fifth minute, Thomas broke down the right and found Bergamaschi, who tapped it in from close range. Here’s a recap of how the match happened…

Rade Krunic was also a great sub to help keep the ball safe; the Bosnian brought a lot of composure in the midfield and did his part in brilliant fashion. The Croatian was at the core of the winning goal as he pressed really well and stayed composed enough not to commit a sloppy foul. Despite the early goal, Milan reacted well and got the win in the end. Sandro Tonali was arguably the best player on the pitch and he was the man of the match in our post-match ratings. Tonali has some shaky performances as of late, certainly not bad ones, but this one really made him stood out as he lead the midfield in the absence of Bennacer and never gave it. Not only that, but they managed to turn around the result after conceding first, which in itself was an impressive outcome.
