The episode recorded an average nationwide rating of 5.8 percent, and took first place among all the most-watched Friday-Saturday dramas airing on April 8. Airing in the same time slot, MBC’s ‘Tomorrow’, starring SF9’s Rowoon as Choi Joon Woong, Kim Hee Sun as Gu Ryun and Yoon Ji On as Im Ryung Gu was a close second, with an average nationwide rating of 5.4 percent recorded with its third episode. The fantasy revenge drama stars Lee Joon Gi as Kim Hee Woo, a talented and passionate professor, who unjustly loses his life while trying to bring down a powerful and corrupt individual, but gets a second chance at life.

The new drama, which stars Kim Ji Won, Lee Min Ki, and Lee El as three siblings who want to escape their stifling lives, premiered to an average nationwide rating of 2.9 percent. “Our Blues” is an omnibus-style drama set in Jeju Island that tells the sweet, sour, and bitter life stories of a diverse array of characters. Meanwhile, JTBC’s “My Liberation Notes”—which also aired its premiere last night—got off to a relatively quiet start. In contrast, its predecessor “Forecasting Love and Weather” premiered to an average nationwide rating of 4.5 percent and ended on a rating of 7.3 percent last week.
