Grading Jordan Poole, Draymond Green, Klay Thompson, and the rest of the Golden State warriors in the team's 107-103 loss to the Phoenix Suns in an NBA game ...
Seeing him with the closing lineup was fun, as it took advantage of his length and ability to switch. And he deserved both of those things. But it was also an exceptional defensive night, as he was given the task of guarding one of the top scorers in the NBA, and did a great job. Bjelica did some really awesome stuff. But before and after those not smart things? As I’ve said so many times with Curry, I’m running out of words to describe what Poole is doing. Wiggins did have a decent defensive game, though it’s worth noting that he wasn’t given one of the big defensive assignments. I’ll be honest, I don’t know how to grade him. Wiggins had one of his highest-scoring outputs in recent memory, but it still was a poor offensive game for him. Anytime the defense thrives, Draymond is the first person who deserves credit, and whether you want to look at Phoenix’s offensive woes, Dray’s 5 stocks, or the fact that he guarded Chris Paul for much of the game, assigning credit to Green for the defense is fair. Dray had some infuriating moments in this game, with missed layups, technical fouls, and a few miscommunications. I’ll stop short of calling it a moral victory.

Warriors will win and cover the spread vs. It writes: "The Phoenix Suns are rolling right now and have covered the spread in eight of their last ten games. And the offense has been clicking." The Warriors don’t have the offense to keep up with the Suns in Curry’s absence. Tipico has no influence over nor are any such revenues in any way dependent on or linked to the newsrooms or news coverage. Jake Flynn writes: "If the Suns are going all out to beat a team from the East they might face in the Finals, they’ll certainly turn it up for a game against a competitor in their own conference. They are losers of six of their last seven games and have lost two straight contests at home. Plus, they have won seven straight games on the road. Whether having to overcome key absences or overturn late deficits, the Suns have been absolutely dominant. While Golden State is 20-16-2 against the spread at home this season, we’ve got to go with the Suns to cover here. Not only have they won eight straight contests, but they are doing so in dominating form, winning all but one of those games by at least nine points. The Suns are on a roll.
